Biography
Aijia Yuan is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Operations and Decision Technologies at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. She serves as a Research Associate in Kelley’s Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab (DSAIL). Her research focuses on AI-enabled analytics grounded in machine learning, deep learning, and large language model-based approaches for the identification and therapy of mental disorders. Her work has been published in ACM Transactions on Management Information Systems (TMIS) and presented at leading conferences, including the Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS), Conference on Health IT and Analytics (CHITA), INFORMS Workshop on Data Science (WDS), and the IEEE International Conference on Digital Health (ICDH). She received the Best Student Paper Award at CHITA 2023 and Best Student Paper Award Nomination at INFORMS WDS 2022, where she also earned the Best Reviewer Award. She is a member of AIS, INFORMS, POMS, ACM, and IEEE.
