Biography

Lady Loveday Ikeya is a Ph.D. candidate at Indiana University's O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. With a keen interest in public policy, Lady Loveday is dedicated to exploring the intricacies of long term care policies, tax policies, labor supply, and public finance.

Lady Loveday holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, where she honed her skills and knowledge in public administration and policy analysis. Her academic and professional pursuits are driven by a commitment to understanding and improving the mechanisms of public finance and tax systems, with a particular focus on how these policies affect labor supply and welfare programs.
