Irsay Co-Director Kosali Simon was quoted in a New York Times article that looks at how an aging US population is driving the creation of reliable jobs in medical and social care yet also revealing weakness in the other sectors of the economy.
“Health care stands out right now because it is doing its natural thing,” said Simon. “What’s not happening is that other sectors are not doing the same. Health care is not as discretionary — it has to grow.”
